Very cute caterpillar! Did you use a reference? What species is that feller thar?? 
I keep six honest serving-men
(They taught me all I knew);
Their names are What and Were and When
And How and Why and Who.
I send them over land and sea,
I send them east and west;
And after they have worked for me,
I give them all a rest.
I let them rest from nine till five,
For I am busy then,
As well as breakfast, lunch, and tea,
For they are hungry men.
But different folk have different views;
I know a person small~
She keeps ten million serving-men,
Who get no rest at all!
She sends 'em abroad on her own affairs,
From the second she opens her eyes

You might wanna post your color reference up there, just to be safe as to copyright shenanigans. I tried looking ze caterpillar up and all I could come up with was a monarch caterpillar D: That caterpillar don't look like monarch larvae! It's way cool whatever it is though and you pretty much nailed it on the colors and horns; awesome drawing!

Although I hate catterpillars this one is awesome O3O but it reminds me of a breadstick I just ate ^_^ Which is a good thing? I guess /LOL
