Rain.. i guess??

Lets just say, its an experiment.. I have not really truly explored the oeaki all to much.. And I guess I felt like it.. Well, I have no clue what so ever.. I started making some raindrops or something, that i used dark and light color.. So, this is what I got.. Bad, i know.. Please PLEASE tell me tips, and I will try again, on something new!! Comments are only welcome if its kind.. I understand my drawing is horrible, doesn't mean you need to go around rubbing it in my face, or other peoples!!
