Fantastic! I love the shines on the buildings, great effect.
Make some shines/light reflecting on the cat will give it a good effect. ;D

Sola, this is very good, but here is some critique:

I don't know if you were going for realistic, but for the buildings down below, you could make the lines a bit more defined; and since the light is coming from the sun; you should make the shadows on the opposite side of the sun [y'know, since it is the light source]. I really like the hues of the sky, but a few stars probably need to be blended more [the ones on the left are very good, but the ones in the middle look a bit out-of-place].

As for the cat, I think you did good on the anatomy and such [but what do I know, I'm pretty bad at cat anatomy XD], I just think you could define the lines around the cat more. Also, in order to make the cat look like it 'belongs' there, you should add more shading and highlights, because it is looking down at the setting sun.

I hope I wasn't to harsh in my critique :S
