Custom character request for ~Wave~Nijeu~

I hope this is ok. I wasn't sure how to do the wings, so if there are too 'skin-like', let me know and I can attempt to change it X3
It is based off of a flower/plant sort of pattern. It holds a glowing lantern in it's mouth, a glowing crystal necklace, and a ribbon band around the back leg.
Sorry about another complicated design.
