My rukie is a work in progress since school laptops are really hard to draw with ;n;
As many know rukie's base idea is off of rukia but due her being me... HEr hair and clothing are very loose on her body~

Actually you are slightly correct but this isnt rukia dead on... its actually rukie... one way you can tell is her loose hair and clothing.... :3

Actually, she looks like Hisana. Her hair is loose and she has a quite of few bangs hanging down her forehead.
