I think her legs+shoes are great.
The proportion's pretty ok, I think but my words aren't absolute 'coz I'm horrible at drawing peoples. You might want to do a little shading on her arms so it looks 3D (look in the mirror and crook your elbows as reference:3 )

Her face isn't perfect but it's somehow nice - a nice change from anime style?

I will try shading, but I'm not sure how it will turn out. If its bad, I won't post it. I wasn't to sure about the face, but I can't draw anime at all, so it is just it's own style. Thanks for the help!

Okay, so I tried editing the shading and editing the wrists, but the shading looked terrible so i removed it.
