~Do not touch the lines, my signature, or the white BG. (you can use the 'BG' layer to create your own layer - it'll just go over the whiteness, which is fine.)
~Do not use for profit, contests, etc. You may make adoptables, but all have to be 100% free.

EDIT: NO wings are in this one... That's for my CS-based dog and b-wolf freebies. The base with wings is the base for the freebies.
