FAIL! Mwahaha! I need to stop attempting black butler characters with a mouse because they look terrible >.< I'm not even sure what he's looking at.... maybe Sebastian and Pluto and... I'm not quite sure what the background is.

You should use separate layers for coloring and the lineart.
this is what my drawings look like.
I scan the pic first so its easier to draw the lines
