He's an adventurous ocelot. Not sure what he's looking at. Apparently it's weird... or amazing. Lazy backround is lazy. Eh. Hope you like.

Just amazing! I love the markings and... Everything!

Just a tiny bit of adive/ Use the smoothing tool thing for nice smooth lines :3

But otherwise, this is just beautiful! :3
