Yep, It's Red XIII from FFVII.
I really wish I had posted this in Editable, because I feel bad for Red XIII having drawn him like this, and it would have been better if a better artist could have fixed him up D:
As this is my first drawing, I am not going to colour it because I am not quite sure how this whole thing works yet @ w@
