Eh.. Its an idea..?
Its based of the bear, Sleepy.. And yeah that is an acorn in the top... His nose color is like that of the snot bubble the bear has. Pretty simple.
It doesn't always make sense and most of it never happened...but that's what kind of story this is. -Big Fish
