Flags, nail varnish and ink colouring cost one uncommon/common wishlist pet
A simple design drawn on your pet or a wig costs one uncommon wishlist pet.
Complicated design drawn on your pet costs one rare.

If you want a surprise, it costs a wishlist too! (I'll make sure it fits)
