Ok, I have to tell you a few things about it so you don't mess up and look bad... also, who likes it? It's my first BIG ENOUGH AND BEST one I've made so people can edit it...

Steps To Make It Perfect:

1. Do the wolf first!
2. Do the eye in the middle that's at the bottom.
3. Fill out the form on it.
4. Add a background up top not on the form or on the signature.
5. Ignore my signature and put yours in the bottom left corner in the box
6. Leave my signature please
