I'm pretty happy with this as it's my first oekaki and I'm still figuring out the program. As for the background, it took the longest. Hope the spinny bright thing doesn't melt your eyes xD As for the cat, I couldv'e spent more time on it. I put it in at the end, so I guess I was anticipating to finish and rushed it. As for the title... I have no idea.

I love the detail just the tail needs a little work. but other than that i love it
