OK story time, I'm going to use Arlie-Neith as a placeholder for her name.

Bow on her tail: Her mother died when she was very young and one of the few things she can remember of her was impossibly long cream hair tied back with that brown bow. After her mother's death she lived with her aunt for a while and eventually ran away as her aunt was negligent, that bow and the wind chime on her necklace being the only things she took with her.

Necklace: The wind chime on it was the only thing she even got from her aunt who gave it to her when she first came to live with her. The two feathers were from a friend of hers she met while traveling after running away. The actually necklace itself is just made from a thick bit of cord she found.

Braclets: She bought these at a street market in Asia on her travels.
