Meaning of name:
A phalanx was an ancient Greek military formation. It fits him because of the armor.
How he got his name:
When Phalanx was born, his mother wanted him to grow into a strong warrior. She named him Phalanx in hopes that he would live up to his name as a great war leader.

Vaerro's story (must be at least one paragraph):
"So if I were to just put this here," murmured the young Vaerro, "then this would roll." He pushed the small rock into place beside the larger one, placing his stick on top of them. He then took a tiny pebble and placed it on top of the stick, and when he let go, it rolled down the larger rocks. He smiled as he watched his contraption work.
"Phalanx!" called his mother. "Where are you?"
"Ugh, not again," the pup muttered under his breath. "What, mother?" he called, obviously not interested.
A pale blue Vaerro entered the den. "Phalanx, what are you doing?" she asked. Phalanx shrugged and glared at the ground. Ugh, Phalanx. He hated that name. It made him sound like a military move, not a young Vaerro pup.
"Phalanx?" his mother asked again. "What is that?" She peered at his contraption, obviously confused. Phalanx smiled smugly. She had no idea what anything he made was. That just showed how primitive her brain was. Not like his. His brain was made for thinking.
Phalanx gave his mother a look that said You wouldn't understand. His mother sighed. "Phalanx, come outside and practice with your father. He's out there, waiting for you." She leaned over and smiled at him as she said this.
Phalanx stood up, pushing her aside. "Fine," he groaned. His mother eyed him. "Don't groan," she lectured. "This training will make you nice and strong." Phalanx rolled his eyes, but followed her out of the den.
The young pup squinted as he stepped into the sunlight, for the den was quite dark, and he had been in there all day. Phalanx's dad, a large, muscular, dark blue Vaerro, stood waiting for him. Phalanx lowered his head slightly as he approached him, not looking him in the eye.
"So, ready for practice?" his dad asked. He eyed Phalanx, a smile playing across his face. "Your armor?"
Phalanx let out a load groan that caused his parents to look at each other in surprise, even dismay. But he entered the den and came out with his armor loaded on, very uncomfortably.
"Alright," said his dad. "Show me what you remember."

Vaerro's story (must be at least one paragraph): Once upon a time, there was a big kingdom, full of Vaerro's. In that kingdom, there was a queen Vaerro, named Kalithia, and a king Vaerro, named Berfabro. Kalithia was about to have a baby.

*Two days later...*

"What shall we name her?" asked Kalithia, to Berfabro. He responded, "We need to name her something that represents her strength, her confidence, and her beauty." continuing, Berfabro kept on talking, "Lets name her Chibknoka. Her nickname will be Chibbs." "Perfect!" responded Kalithia.
Chibbs has grown up in to an adult Vaerro.
She is at her home, (the kingdom) and her mom and dad asked her what she wanted her job to be. This is how she responded: "Mom, dad, I don't want to have a job. I want to be myself, I want to go out in to the world, and prove to all living things on earth, that girls can do heroic things. In fact, they can do the most heroic things on earth! And that is exactly what I am going to do. Bye Mom! Bye Dad!" And she set off in to the unknown. She was walking around town, and came across a flyer. It said:

Come with President Chopolo on a hike to the steepest cliff in the universe!
It is today!
All welcome!

"Hmmm..." she thought, "I think that I will go!"

*Later that day*

Chibbs is going on a hike with the president, and a few hundred other Vaerros. Once they get to the cliff, the president walks up to the edge, but a little too far, and then, just then, the president fell off the cliff. This was what everones, including Chibbs' reactions were: Chibbs immidiately rushed up to the edge of the cliff and purposely jumped off. Then, she steered her fall to the vertical wall of the cliff, and raced down it, to the bottom. By doing this she was able to get to the bottom before the president did and she caught the president just in time. She rushed back up to the top, and put him down safely among the astonished vaerros. Then, he quietly said, in a little bit of shock, "Th... th...thank you." The crowd cheered, and every body, clamied Chibbs as their hero.

Erm, okay, I'll decide who has the least Vaerro, I think that's the only fair way. D: Sorry, but count your vaerro, and tell me how many you each have, whoever has the least get him, but the other can still watch him grow!
