Personality: He is quite but can voice his opinion when needed. At times his anger can get out of control. He's very loving and caring when he wants to be.
As a Human:(just ideas)
Clothes-
His clothes are more like armor. Near the neck are hard plates (can be made of ice) that attach to a silver v-neck with a Blue Indicolite Tourmaline (a gem) in the middle of it.
These are parts of a long cloak that would reach around his ankles. His shirt could be white.
His pants could be a dark blue or even black.
I could also imagine him wearing tall black/dark boots XD.
Hair/skin-
His hair could be a light blue. I almost imagine him looking like an elf, with long hair and such :3.
His skin color could be a very pale peach, almost white even.
Tattoos are on his left arm, around his eye, and on his hip/thigh(which can't be seen).
Accessories/weapons-
He has a bracelet on his left arm that portrays the water symbol on it.
On his right arm are ice crystals that form from his hand, almost to his shoulder. Anywhere he puts his hand, he has the ability to turn it to ice.
Right leg is a strap that holds in place his glowing ice sword that comes back to him when thrown (almost like a boomerang).
Powers-
Can manipulate water and turn things to ice.
He is also a very good swordsman.
