I don't think you are quite ready for intermediate. I'd say if you added some shading and tweeked the anatomy it would definetly be intermediate worthy.

Not always the mouse, all of my pics have been done with a mouse, i have a tablet and i hate it.

Same here I have a tablet, but I pretty much only use it for the sketches and coloring of my drawings. I use a mixture of mouse and tablet. X) My tablet just doesn't make the lines smooth enough sometimes.
