First of all: DO NOT POST and spam someone's thread when you believe they have committed art theft. That is completely and utterly unnecessary, especially when the topic has already been reported.

Second of all: Yes, copying someone else's artwork (even official art like Disney movie and anime screencaps) is considered art theft, and is against the rules.

Now, this image is not copied exactly. While it is similar, it's got differences in the expression that seems to indicate that having the mouth open is the reference they were using.

Deleting all of this spam now. >_>
