This is Pagonia (Greek for Frost) She is an Ice and water nymph. I love Greek myths! Thats why she has a greek name and she's a greek spirit. The background is blue fire. Blue fire is cold, so cold that if you touched it with your hand it would fall off! 
Blue ice is also wet, it's very cold water. Putting your head in it would drown you in an instant! 
Pagonia is immune to this because she is an ice and water nymph Pagonia is standing on marozni ice, Ice that's much colder than blue fire. Standing on marzoni ice will kill you in a second, but before you die, you feel unbelievable coldness.
