Personality: She's somewhat shy. She doesn't remember much about her puppyhood. She likes to keep to herself alot though she does get along well with others. She's very smart and loves nature and is fascinated with the sky. She loves her family and would do anything for them.

Story:[/center] This story starts with Neera and Miko. Miko is the pack leader and Neera is his mate and alpha female in the pack. Neera and Miko were trying to have a family for quite some time. Neera had become pregnant the previous year for the 2nd time but sadly, like the first, she had miscarried. Her and Miko were devastated and decided they weren't going to try anymore. It was too hard on them. One day they were out hunting together. They were chasing a rabbit through the woods when they heard a gunshot. They both stopped to listen. They could hear the humans cheering and hollering. They remained hidden in the trees but could see the humans in a clearing. They were all stood over the body of another wolf. They had never seen this wolf before, she wasn't from this part of the forest. They watched as the humans carried her off and left the woods. They remained quiet and still so as to not givaway their hiding place. Once they knew they were safe from the humans they got up. Cautiously, they looked around. From the distance they could hear a strange sound. Upon investigation, they found a puppy hiding to the left of the clearing. She was a cute little thing. Mostly all grey with a white face and underbelly. She had 2 cuts on her nose and on her back were 2 spots that were swollen just above her shoulders. Neera slowly approached the frightened puppy. The puppy backed off and crouched to the ground. Neera assured her she wouldn't hurt her. Miko and Neera realized that the wolf they saw the humans carry off must have been this puppy's mother. They looked around to see if they could see any other wolves in the area but found none. Miko went to gather some food while Neera stayed with the puppy. Slowly the puppy approached her and sniffed her. Neera let her and stayed there to show her she wouldn't hurt her. By the time Miko got back with some food the puppy was curled up beside Neera asleep. Neera looked closer at the puppy. She had 2 slashes across the top of her nose. They were pretty deep and still bleeding. Neera ever so slowly, so not to wake her, started to clean the blood off the little puppy's nose. Neera noticed the 2 bumps on the puppy's back and assumed that the puppy must have gotten hit whent he hunters came upon her and her mother. While the puppy slept Miko and Neera decided that they would take the puppy back with them. They had decided to call her Nanook. When Nannok woke they all went back to the pack. They were all a little shocked when they saw what Miko and Neera had with then but slowly they accepted her. Nanook took a while to get used to everything and everyone but eventually she came around. She became part of the pack. After some time, Neera noticed that the bumps on Nanooks Shoulders still hadn't gotten better, in fact they were getting worse! Nanook was like any other puppy, happy and full of energy so Neera wasn't too worried. One day while Neera was bathing Nanook she noticed some purple and orange staining on her fur below her eye and on her shoulder. She thought at first that Nanook had gotten into some berry bushes or something. But the no matter how much she cleaned she couldn't remove the spots. Other members of the pack noticed it as well and also noticed that Nanook wasn't as normal as she had first appeared. She would spend most of her time off to herself and they had found her on a few occasions just looking to the sky at nothing in particular. Neera and Miko started to become worried but no matter what they loved this little puppy that came into their lives. They became very protective of her and all the other pack mambers knew not to comment or question anything about little Nanook. As time passed Nanook got bigger and stronger than the other puppies her age. The spota had become unique designs on her fur and the lumps on her back were growing. She was also more in tune with her surroundings than most of the wolves. She still loved to look at the sky for no reason. As she matured Nanook started to complain of pain where the growths were on her back.Neera tried as best she could to make Nanook comfortable but nothing worked. The lumps were growing bigger by the day. They swelled terribly and bacame red. Nanook felt as though her back were on fire. The itch was horrible and she was constantly scratching. One night while she was scratching she broke the skin. What happened next scared and surprised her. She realized that when she broke the skin what was underneath was a pair of wings! They were white feathered wings with orange and purple feathers! Neera and Miko were justed as shocked! They couldn't believe their eyes. The whole pack was astonished the next day. Nanook, Neera and Miko were all afraid the pack would react negatively to this new development but surprisingly enough they didn't. They took it for a miracle. They didn't understand it but they had accepted it. Neera and Miko had brought home an angel.
