Leon, the yellow forest wolf with the power over lightening, walked alone. He walked though his forest with his head and tail held low, ears and eyes drooped. He was exhausted from his endless yet hopeless search. His lovely she-wolf was gone.
The she-wolf's name was Kari, a mysterious blue wolf that didn't remember where she came from, and had the power over water, ice, and Leon's heart. Kari had to slowly learn everything about the world, having seemingly forgotten everything.
Leon was a young wolf who wanted to see the world, just like his father. Kari and Leon met the day just before Leon and his three friends set off. For Leon, it was love a first sight. For Kari, she was captivated by Leon.
As Leon and Kari and their from of five other friends journeyed, Kari began to fall in love with Leon.
Leon admitted his love to Kari when they were nearly freezing to death in a Neova Mountains.
Also Kari began to remember her life before waking up in Leon's forest. But Leon also learned something, how his father died.
When Leon's father, Cid, went to the ShadowPlain, he never came out, because for every group then enter the ShadowPlain, two souls are taken. Kari refused to let that happen, when Leon went to enter the ShadowPlain, Kari hadn't allowed him, tacking him away but causing her a enter the ShadowPlain.
Not ever in the history of the ShadowPlains had anyone ever gone in alone. This cause the collapse of the ShadowPlain, and along with that, Kari. Ever sense that day, the friends have separated and gone on with there own lives. But Leon is only the shell of who he once was.
Leon walked to the place he first met Kari, at the lake. Leon's eyes widened, Kari was in the middle of the lake.
Leon barked, earning Kari's attention, and she looked him. Kari began to run towards him. Leon looked over joyed when he saw the love of his life running towards him. But he felt like he was in heaven when he felt Kari's fur touch him as the met on the bank.
"Kari, is it really you?" Leon asked, he seemed hesitant when asking his question.
Kari nuzzled her head against Leon's neck fur. "Yes, yes it is."
