My character Sarge. I dont know why I didnt stitch his eye in this pic so I drew it in the background. Im glad I went with that idea. ^^

Cool. The line quality is really good.
A few crits; the legs seem too large for the body, or the head is too small. Either way it's out of proportion. And I don't really know what species he is so I don't know what to say about anatomy. [Except the fur on his chest seems to end too abruptly, it looks strange]
And remember, define a more strict light source. Light sources are one of the biggest things you can do to make a picture convincing.
The background is just a design, but you still need a place to base your shadows and lighting on.

Nice character, I like his eyes a lot.

Yeah, its the legs that are too big. I guess I couldve brought the fur on the chest into is tummy more so you can see where it ends.
I think I did the shading good. Maybe not the BG shading though--Its not as good.
