The large wolf stared down below the cliff. She took a deep breathe, and closed her eyes, and leapt. She felt the wind in her fur, and slowly sped up. She finally realized what she'd done. She flapped her wings, though she knew they never worked, nor ever would. She finally let out a howl of displeasure as the ground grew closer and closer. She flailed her legs, screeching wildly. She finally landed on the ground with a sickening thud.
Isolation’s eyes slowly fluttered open. Her vision blurred in and out, before finally closing her eyes, letting the shadows eat the world.
