Phew! Finally finished! This is my contest entry. Here is her basic info, it is all listed and you may change whatever you like. I just like to give deep descriptions in case you need to hold another contest for that as well. 
Name-SeenKie (Pronounced, seen-ke)
Gender-Girl, like in you "Likes" section
Personality-SeenKie is very loving, kind and considerate. She is bold and always tries to do her best. Sometimes though she is shy, and will try to toughen up again when something goes wrong.
Looks (I have to bullet these because there are so many, but trust me, it is very easy to design, especially when her chest fur is down)-
*Her chest silver and looks like armor, but actually, it is sharp, protective fur that acts like a porcupines, it can fold down as well as spike up quickly, this is one of her odd mutations.
*Her two tails, another one of her mutations, is colored in stripes of random "cool" colorations. They both have the same pattern.
*Her paws are black and silver, top right and bottom left are silver, while the other two are black.
*Her wings are a deep, vibrant blue, with navy tips on each and every wing.
*Her base color is sky, while her "wig" is black at the top, and green at the tip.
*Her muzzle is blue-grey, and her eyes are green, with on slit of blue in the center.
*Her ears are toxic green at the tips, and get darker the farther down you go.

And I was trying to do armor at first, but then I realized that I stink at armor and decided to try something I was good at. :3 The thing is, I stayed from 12:00 AM, to 2:15 AM working on this, or so I thought. Boy, I'm still tired!
