I don't like how the sun sets around 4:00, gets colder earlier and there isn't much to photograph outside after the trees have dumped their leaves. I can't explore on my bike as long as I could in the summer. By the time I'm ready to start my trip, the sun is setting and it would be time to go back home anyway. I guess being semi-housebound has not helped. Not that I can't go outside, just I don't feel up to it.
I like the wet-down effect you did with your person's hair. If you can, go over with a very transparent brush (the pen or watercolor tool) and follow the lines of the hair to bring highlights. That's what I did with the fins and spine on the creature. I also figured out the layer feature. Layer 1, (background) leave as is or color with the base background color. Layer 2, do the rough sketch with a very light color. Layer 3 outline. Then add a layer under that to do the coloring. I find it helps to color with a solid color first, then go over with the airbrush to add the lighter and darker colors. The texture was done with turning up the scatter and spacing.
Looking for: Halloween 2019 pets. I have tokens but missed the trade in times due to no internet access the end of October.
