Oh, new character, how I love to color you so X3

So his description is....

A jet-black tom with very bright (neon?) green eyes. He has a tuft of fur on his head "dipped" in green. His toes are outlined in green, and he also has a green tail tip. On his leg...thing... (lol) he has a green circle with a white dot in the middle. He also has a white scar on his left eye. That's about it XD
