It's great- but you're right. It does need something, but what? Hmmm.... Maybe a koi fish jumping out of the water and the water droplets are illuminated by the moonlight? I don't know.
Other than that it's awesome! I could never had drawn that. It makes me think of all I'm missing in my art capabilities.
