The military ranks Victor was originally born into molded his personality to be that of a true leader, courageous, loyal, and wise. He knows how to follow the orders he's given(though doesn't really follow them well), though he believes he should be the superior. He is willing to do anything for the good of his pack, no matter what the sacrifice may be. However, Victor is a bit of a control freak sometimes and hates not getting his way. He can also rash in his desisions, which may sometimes lead to problems. His hatred for humans sometimes gets in the way of plans. Victor can also be very serious, and sometimes takes simple jokes like a knife to the back. This can lead to his somewhat short temper being lost.
History:
Like said above, Victor was born into canine military ranks along with his four siblings, Whisky, Xray, Yankee, and Zulu. He was trained to be a cold-blooded killer, and well, he was. At least until the rest of his family was declared too weak to be on the warfield and murdered before his very eyes when he was 7. At that point Victor swore he would get his revenge on the humans for what they did. Afterwards, he had ran away from the military, to who knows where. He can't exactly remember what happened from that point to when he first became part of the agency. He was told that when Radar was patrolling the area, Victor was found laying on the ground. Smothered in not only his own blood, but the blood of a human as well. Victor slowly edged his way to the rank of Major general over the years he's been part of the agency.
