Well, the title would work in two ways for the book. One (the more obvious one), spring comes really late one year because of a long winter and Two (The less obvious one), the girl, Sadie, compares her two guy friends to seasons because of their personality and differences. One of them, Mitchell, is like Fall, he is cool and calm, but fun and kind. He becomes her best friend, despite his crush on her. The other, Carter, is like Spring. Always happy, laughing, smiling, warm, friendly and funny. Sadie gets a crush on Carter, even though she knows he doesn't like her back. She wants to not like him, but can't help it. Her relationship with Mitchell grows, but only into a strong friendship. She wants to like him, but can't stop liking Carter. Carter starts liking another girl and shares all his feelings and thoughts and stuff about the other girl with Sadie. Sadie is sad, but doesn't show it. She feels like Spring/Carter forgot about her. I realize that may sound confusing....
"You're my one in five billion."
