Do do so much glitters, simply go to pen, pick your color and I will show steps.

1) about two spaces down from opacity on your pen sizes and options should be spacing. Do 100%
2) underneath spacing should be scattering. Also do 1,000%
If that stuff is not two spaces down then check the next row.
