I just made him and I like him but I think I failed on the cloud background. His name is Tempest for his storm like appearance, because tempest means storm

If you complete it in one session, and you used the link on the main art page, it'll automatically send it to Colored In. If you don't finish it in one session, and you click the New Drawing button to finish it, it will post it in the Editables. PM a Moderator to get it in the Colored In.
