Metal clanked as he walked beside his old war captain, Nanaki. Arania flanked his other side as the warrior nodded to her. When Nanaki sighed, her turned to his two faithful warriors and friends. "Look. I'm not a war general anymore. You don't have to act so formally. I'm just another wolf out here."
The warrior stepped forward and bowed his head. "With all due respect sir. You will always remain our general and we will follow you to the ends of the earth. Our general should be known. People should know you are important. We-"
Nanaki laughed and set his paw on the young warrior's flank. "Nym, that is their decision. Besides, if they don't know who I really am they will underestimate me. And that can play out in our advantage. I told you long ago. You are free of my service and you may live your life how you see fit."
