I can't use layers, not at all. anyone want to try and teach me?

i can't really tell you how to use the layers because if i did you would be confused a lot.

Yesh, you can and you need to be calm. I have helped around 4 people around here really, and none has gotten confuzzled yet:) I will HEELP!
First,
Click on "colormein" button.
Then,find the tool in the corner, the one that says LAYERS (At first it will say Layer 1)
No move your muose to the bottom of that tool, and it will have a "+" Icon at the botton.

Push THAT.
Now, the layer should say "LAYER 2"
(double click on layer 2 to name it)
And the layer 2 should be highlighted as in it should me drakened more than the layer 1.
And do you art!
And now once you have finished that,
click back to layer 1.
(so that it is highlighed now)
And color!

**iF YOU DONT LIKE ONE LAYER YOU MADE, CLICK ON THAT and so it is highlighted, just click on the "-" button right next to the "+" button you pushed already.
****If you add more layers, you can remove some so you can do lines and sketches and accusiories.
