Those aren't babies x3 That's just the two of them in Pup form - since they've been best friend since they were really little.
I'll probably design some puppies of theirs and adopt them out though

Ahahaha xD This is before Hakuba's time, actually. Aoko was Kaitou's puphood friend, and was actually his first love. However, she was hit by a car and died >: Kaitou met Hakuba sometime after that, and over time Hakuba helped Kaitou recover from the heartbreak and the two fell in love x3
