This is my new charrie Alan! His design is a WIP, but I know who he is. He's the blue wolf made of mist that comes out at the end of Misty's Story Part 1. He should be coming out in part 2 shortly. Yes he is a pup, but he only takes that form because he finds it to be more fun. He is an Unkown and controls energy. So here he is just as mischievous as ever. I think this is my best oekaki yet! :3
