first transfer of the batch done \o/ !! adding all the sparkles for sparkly took so long .. T^T;; + the horns have alien/shooting star shaped goo :D

leniencies invoked: transfer leniency
- - green blob markings are slightly different (mainly back front leg + chest)
- combined both of the ear tuft colors due to lineart differences (+ i wasn’t sure how to add the dark blue otherwise)
- placement of the star + planet markings on the back legs/paws were adjusted
- angle of the ringed planet is different so it follows the lines better
- placement + width of the goosaur’s stripes are slightly different; also added an extra dark purple stripe on the tail
- added more sparkle/star markings
