This breeding had been a headache for me!
It was difficult for me to combine the parents in a balanced way, to add the specific characteristics that you requested (inheritance from the father) and for the bouth on 'em to still turn out well.
I know this isn't the most correct thing to do, but I ended up making one specifically for you and another for me, so it would be easier.
The female has inherited the vampire fang, the markings from her father and the blue color that represents more the wind, plus the stripes that she inherited from her mother are more wavy to also represent her strong power over wind. So it has everything you asked for and I hope you like her.
If you want me to change the gender or something, just say so.
