The harsh, caustic air of the wasteland grows thicker around this specter, making the very world around it unstable. It's unclear whether or not the apocalypse was started by it, or if the apocalypse is what created it.

Still, it wanders the ruins of a world left behind, curiously acting out what the previous tenants did in their day to day life.
