Reasoning: Damask is a floral arrangement of patterning associated with royalty and status, it has been used in clothing and linens for decades. Some people have even experienced pareidolia, the experience of seeing faces where there are none- but when looking at damask patterns, the most typical being faces of bearded people or big cats. Damask is also popular in the gothic subculture and is used often in these types of clothing and decorations. I chose this name for the gothic connotations and for the gorgeous, almost cushion-like patterning on this cutie pie!
