What is the "obstacle": their "obstacle" is creating art
How do they get past it?: time after time Lorcan always wanted to be able to create for those who else thought they couldn't. Not with this voice or musical talent but through painting and crafting. Lorcan specializes on using a lot of texture in their artwork so that other simas who are blind like them can feel the art rather than see it! Using sand in paint, rocks, and using globs of acrylic paint to make abstract art that makes the perfect amount of sense to them!

What is the "obstacle": Getting around his own home/ the outside world
How do they get past it?: Sordes falls back on his jewel power to help him 'see' in a sense of the spaces around him! He has set up what many would consider a 'mini-greenhouse' all over his home. Sordes uses the plants as markers around any given room until he can map out obstacles in his mind and ease off his limited powers, though he also finds his plants very soothing regardless. when outside, Sordes does much the same with the natural flora around him, but has to rely on help from friends when in an area with minimal vegetation.

This was a really close contest but in the end I found your approach to having him use his jewel powers to "see" to be really unique. Well done and take good care of Sordes here.
