I need help I can't seem to figure out how to get rid of those extra lines from the extra puppys like the little puppy that is almost laying down you can see the dads foot on the puppys back how do you get rid of those lines Help

Hmmm
Ok just go to the lines like the father ones,
Then go to lock alpha,
Then go to white on your pencil or pen,
And rub it out that way,
That's how i do it at least,
But at the end if your doing a background just colour those lines what the background colour is
