While Abyssal may look like an intimidating Veridian, in reality they are quite friendly towards others, if a bit awkward. They value their alone time and space, but will readily hang out with other Veridians when invited. They enjoy showing off their bioluminescence to others and tend to spend most of their time in deep ocean waters. Not only do they feel more at home there, but their eyes are sensitive to light, and they tend to only venture upwards to the ocean's surface and land when it is nighttime.
