general rules
. follow all cs site rules
. mers are a closed species. therefore you cannot make your own without permission or a myo
. please be kind to anyone involved in mers, staff included
. harassment, bullying, etc is not tolerated for any reason
. art/design theft is strictly not allowed for any reason
. do not harass or rush staff members
xxxxxx. bumping excessively is considered as rushing staff
. rules can be changed or added to at the admins discretion at any time
species rules
. you can own an unlimited amount of mers
. you must own a mer for at least seven [7] days before being able to trade, gift, etc them
. mers are able to breed up to three [3] times
xxxxxx. mer young cannot be bred
. custom lined mers require an official lines reference to participate in the species
xxxxxx. for example, custom lined mers cannot be bred unless they have an official lines reference
. anyone can grow/transfer mers to official lines for you, as long as they use the appropriate places
. anyone can create your mer myo for you, as long as they use the appropriate places
xxxxxx. growth/transfers/myos can be commissioned
. any items, myos, etc can be traded/gifted via archive update
. mers, items, myos, etc cannot be sold for real currency
staff rules
. staff are held by the same rules as members
xxxxxx. staff are also expected to make sure members are following rules
. there is no such thing as being biased if rules are broken
. active staff receive staff rewards every month
xxxxxx. activity includes: approving growths/transfers/myos, creating adopts/nursery batches, answering questions or problems, and anything else that can only be handled by staff
xxxxxx. artists are expected to make one [1] adopt per month to be considered active
xxxxxx. mod activity is based on how active they are in helping the community during the month

. owned mers will not be taken away but you can transfer mers out
