I'm imagining some scene where he tilts his head, his bangs part and you see those fire-coloured eyes
But he's probably the type to be reckless with fire, since he figured out early on how to extinguish the fire he causes - maybe using his tail to swish it away for *cool* points
Probably a bit insecure since he thinks his fire is the only cool thing about him
