I had an appointment with a man who works with crystals, he told me how I look and the verdict was worse from the right but not good from the left. he told me to buy the expensive crystals that make me look better. I dont like the crystal appointments.

I mean Im surprised it took so long for me to get glasses, both my parents and almost all their siblings got glasses before the age of 10, I checked when I was 15 and didnt need them but now, well out of my teens, I finally got them. I can see pretty well on my left eye so it took me a while to realize my right eye is,, lacking,,, my right eye is appearently very nearsighted so if I close the left everything from about 4 meters away and further gets real blurry :3

oh and I left this open because Im easily distracted so the timer is off :P

I'm glad your eyes are gonna have assistance soon! I have an astigmatism in one eye?? But I'm nearsighted and farsighted at the same time in both eyes, so I literally cannot see without my glasses. They are my lifeline.

Welcome to the club! I've had glasses since elementary school (1st grade oof) and without them I'd probably be miserable. I'm extremely nearsighted and it's only gotten worse with age. I cant see my alarm clock's numbers anymore even though I'll be like. A foot from it. I've recently gotten contacts and they are MUCH better!! Without my glasses I wouldn't be able to live in a world like this where (in my town) there is like. Nothing in terms of help for the visually impaired </3

if the translations google gave me were correct then astigmatism is what I have on my left eye but it's not very noticable, I was too lazy to figure out what "Brytningsfel" translates to in english because Breakingwrong is not it for sure lol

similar boat over here, my left eye is fine but my right is... well it sure is trying. told a classmate I couldn't read a sign with fairly large letters from probably ~8m with my right eye (could with my left) and they were like... dawg, you need glasses

anyways I haven't gone to the crystal man
did the crystal man need to put funny drops in your eyes for any of that the ones that make everything blurry no matter what
I have one memory of being to the crystal man years ago and its of hating the funny drops because I couldn't really see anything

The crystal man did not give me any funny drops! He only made me look at lights through different crystals (: gave me a headache lol
