✨ About Ether Hounds ✨

Ether Hounds are an ancient species of animal found in the most remote parts of the Earth. They are a unique combination of equine, reptilian, and canine genetics and seem to come in any type of color or pattern imaginable. The genetics of this species is not understood by humans, but we have learned that they make amazing companion animals, and are almost loyal to a fault. Due to their slender and muscular bodies, they are rideable, but they don't allow the use of equipment like saddles. They seem to enjoy running and endurance challenges though forests or mountains.

They can live in large groups and can coincide with human societies. Their social behavior tends to remanence of canines and packs, and seem to be similar to how a wolfdog might interact with humans.

They are omnivores who, despite their reptilian resemblance, give live birth to anywhere from 2-4 pups after a gestation period of 1 year. Ether Hound's prefer to rear their own pups until they mature.

As far as we have learned, they tend to range from the average of 2'6" (80cm) to 4'0" (121cm) from foot to shoulder, and have been seen to live up to 40 years on average, and reach maturity at 2 years of age.

• NEVER remove spectralFeather’s signature.

• There’s no owning or breeding limit or breeding slots, just have fun with little creatures!

• Customs are available for purchase at anytime.

• These will be finished in a fcfs basis and may take some time, if more than a month goes by without it being posted, please DM me.

• Basic designs start at 200 c$ or 5 usd, but may go up if you want edits or items, or a complex design.

• Want to give complete creative freedom, just go off a vibe, recreate a pre-existing character, or want an exact replica of an irl animal? Can do!

• Major anatomical changes are not allowed, but items, hair edits, and minor edits are allowed.

✨ Breedings ✨

• Breedings are available for purchase at anytime.

• These will be finished in a fcfs basis and may take some time, if more than a month goes by without it being posted, please DM me.

• Litters contains 2-4 pups who may be bred no less than two week after being created.

• All breedings cost 200 c$ or 5 usd, and this does not determine the number of pups in a litter.

• Whoever pays for the breedings keeps the litter, but they may be gifted or put UFA.

• Screenshots of permissions must be posted with the form, or the other owner may comment/DM me their approval.

• Any gender breeding may occur (MxF, MxM, FxF)

These guys don't have to be fantasy colors all the time, or based off of real things. If you're good at one type of markings/designs, and can incorporate that into the Hounds, I'm totally fine with that. Though I do prioritize details and quality over quantity.
