In Red are the 5 mouths I drew - toggle visibility for which mouth you'd like.
In Blue are the color layers you can edit, which have "alpha lock" on already.
See Red Arrow to draw in pixels, edit the brush to be round/square pixelated in the dropdown.
The "rawr" mouth has color covering the eyes, so if the "body" color is edited, that layer will also need to be edited.
