Here's the skeleton, my thought process is below:
First off, clearly some sort of lizard. Frogs don't have tails or frog would have been my first guess. It's definitely a reptile.
The v shaped neck bones seemed like they'd support something, and my mind screamed pouch.
While I know this is not a chameleon because the feet don't match with chameleon feet, I definitely got prehensile tail vibes. I use a chameleon to inspire the eyes.
If I had to guess? Probably an iguana. I used more natural, dull iguana colors.
