Rugby is easily this pokemon’s favorite sport. It’s challenging and fun, all while being dangerous in a way. And that lick of danger makes it all the more exciting. The close-contact combat sport is simply exhilarating to him, both to watch and to participate in. Silas plays pretty well- he’s certainly isn’t the best, but he isn’t the worst either. He would tell you differently though, Silas would tell you that he’s the best in the entire world, even after losing to you.

Casper is a high energy fellow who loves all manner of competitions and games- but if asked to pick on that shines above the others, he would have to go with ping pong. Table tennis. The game of champions, as he fondly refers to it. For Casper, there's nothing more fun than dashing back and forth in front of a ping pong table. The quick reaction times, the satisfying sound the paddle makes when it connects with the ball- it's perfect, even for a pokemon with shorter legs like his. The smaller table makes it easier for him to cover all the ground he needs to- and though he's far from the best, he's proficient enough to give many of his guildmates a run for their money, laughing joyously all the while.

"I've told you so many times, surfing is a sport! Like, sure, it's not your typical sport - that is literally why it's called an extreme sport."

You'll often hear Mar ranting about this to anyone who'll listen; especially those who dare to claim that surfing is just a hobby. He takes the topic extremely seriously, and is willing to square up with anyone who disagrees.

"Just because I'm no fancy tailed Alolan Raichu doesn't mean I won't make it! I'm better than all of them!"

Well, sure, maybe she needs to work on her cockiness, but it seems she's really dedicated to becoming the best. She feels a bit of resentment when it comes to certain people thinking other Pokemon are more skilled at surfing...

"Like, they don't even have gills. But I have gills. No, that's NOT considered cheating-- you... you don't have to die to surf!"

When he's feeling especially hotheaded, he'll run off to the beach with his surfboard, taking in the salty ocean air and feeling the cool foamy waves slosh over his stubby legs. With determination, she'll find the wildest wave -- the higher the better -- and try and catch it, letting the reckless nature of the waves energize her. He doesn't stop until all of the energy inside drains away, and he usually ends up wiping out and sleepily swimming back to his ocean cave home, drifting off and dreaming of doing it all over again.

"I'll invite you to my next competition, yeah? On the house. Then you'll see how great I am!"

Her excellent recovery when it comes to wipeouts and small size makes her a popular competitor to root for in surfing leagues. She especially loves to compete in challenges that are recorded, as she obsesses over the footage to try and analyze herself and the competition. Any mistake made, he'll keep in mind, to better for next time. Surfing is also a favorite sport to watch, so when she can she'll attend leagues just to watch; whether it be to analyze, or just for the fun of it.

"I know I'll win next time!"

Though he doesn't win as many matches as he'd like, his determination and passion for surfing will never ever go away, no matter how tough the competition or how fierce the wave. She'll take on every challenge and loss with an adamant smile, and her dedication is truly something to be respected.
